Friday August 21 and Saturday August 22, 2015

Friday 21 August : dinner reception for all at Cambridge restaurant (TBD)

Saturday 22 August: loosely organized activities at MIT starting at noon, including (reservations and weather permitting)

                Volleyball 
                Reserved baseball field for baseball/softball/etc
                Tennis on MIT courts
                Munchies and drinks at the Muddy Charles Pub – socializing, some games, etc. (12 noon – 11 pm)
                Casual take-out style dinner at Muddy Charles Pub
                Official Birthday Celebration and Gift Presentation

Hotel information: For out-of-towners seeking  easy hotel reservations near MIT,  we have blocked a total of 55 hotel rooms at the Boston Marriot Cambridge (Kendall Square), the Kendall Hotel (Kendall Square), and the Le Meridien Cambridge-MIT (towards Central Square, near the MIT museum). Details for these rooms, rates, and making reservations from the room blocks are included in the attached document.
